Terrible school, would not recommend
like
i am a parent of a child who started at the school a few years ago. she has been bullied and as a single mother i thought i would receive support or something to be done. what was done was NIL. the principle ignored my concerns i was very disappointed at her attitude whilst speaking i was ignored and felt uncomfortable feeling as why do i bother speaking to you if you cannot even look at me in the eyes. i felt she was just like a bully herself. the school is there to assist parents and any concerns also to CARE about the children. i have also witnessed some appalling behaviour by teachers chasing and speaking in a degrading voice to children. its a disgrace. i am taking my child out of this school to a place where her education will not be compromised and for her not to be a figure or money collected. if you want a school that a principle listens to you assista you respects and cares for the children and not yell at them or not put their interests first this is not the place. please listen this isnt a one off event this is on going. no help principle useless. disgrace hold your head in shame. children are our world. pull your head in and learn compassion. some of ethnic backgrounds are scared to speak up because of what they see. WHY? oh i forgot you dont listen.
My name is Joshua Edwards. I have spent my 8 years in Guildford Primary and in my opinion, its an amazing school. Great learning environment, very friendly staff and students. I remember my year 4, 5 and 6 tutors let me bring in iPods, iPads, etc in the play on as a reward for behaving correctly. I found all subjects fun here, including my maths and to me, say I like maths is kind of something you wouldn't even hear in a parallel universe. This is a fantastic school and I think anyone in the area or anyone who is thinking of joining a good government primary school I definitely recommend this one.
