Valentina, was welcoming when I came into store and within my first minutes of being in there she was asking if I needed any help and wanted to try anything on. She said lovely things about my purchases which made me feel more comfortable in buying the products as the staff believed in their products as well. I had a great experience in the store despite being in their for a few minutes.

I am glad to see 5 star reviews for Gucci Miranda but my experience was a 3. I wish I had ordered online weeks ago as planned. My husband and I went in and I knew exactly what I wanted. I asked to try on the necklace and it was lovely. I asked to try on a different necklace but the sales assistant said it's shorter, it will be too small (yes I am a bigger sized girl), however she didn’t give me the chance to try it on. I would like to see for myself. Annoyed I didn't ask to try it on. I said I'll take the one I tried on. Normally when purchasing jewellery they show you your item before packaging. None of that and she took the necklace from display. Didn't mention it was the last one. However, they were helpful when I was paying with my vouchers. Even my husband who doesn't notice much mentioned all these things. We were the only customers in the store at the time too. A disappointing experience to say the least. I have received better customer service at Goldmark.

I visited the Gucci Timepieces and Jewellery store in Miranda and was served by Valentina. Valentina was very helpful, professional, and kind. It was a great experience!

The service I received In the initial purchase was awesome but when I had to exchange the ring as my husband didn’t like the ring I picked was annoying. One lady served me while the other then had to put through the exchange and then to top off the lengthy process I am now stuck with a 44 credit. Don’t know what I am going to do with that as I prefer the styles of Dior or channel as they would not give a credit for such a measly amount!!
