I'm very happy with the service Guaranteed Removals provided. These guys are very good at what they do, they wrapped all the furniture and mattresses and didn't scratch or damage our things. They work very fast and efficient with Great customer service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have used Guaranteed Removals twice for Packing and Moving service, and both times were excellent experiences. This Furniture Removalist company made it much less of a headache in moving service, Sydney area. The initial set up was quick and painless. I would recommend setting your move date a few weeks in advance (if you have that kind of notice). In the two times I used Guaranteed Removals nothing was broken. I would highly recommend them for you as a great Residential or Commercial Removals around Sydney..
Moved into my new place today and hired these guys and let me say these guys did a fantastic job, young, fit and full of energy they were able to move my furniture from the 10th floor to the ground floor within a couple of hours with no damage and handled my furniture with care, definitely recommend these boys!
I am impressed with their moving service. From packing to unpacking the stuffs at my new place, was amazing. Looking at the way they work, is really wonderful and professional. Must recommend to everyone who are searching residential removals.

Very easy to organise a very small removal for the next day. However this company works off a flat rate of 300 plus 90/hour from arrival at pickup address to final item delivered. Pros 1. Friendly 2. On time pickup 3. Reasonably good rates 4. Quick whilst in the pickup and drop off location Cons 1. A 2.5 hour drive took 4 hours on a weekday during non peak hours leading to an additional 270.00 to the total cost 2. The removalist who arrived was the same person i called when trying to reach customer service, meaning any complaints are going straight to the owner...leading to my next point 3. When moving my fridge into the apartment, they simply slid it across the floorboards (it does not have wheels) without any dunnage and created four large scratch marks. 4. When I tried tp complain about the marks he grabbed a dishcloth and wiped over it pretending that it wasn't a big deal, evem going as far to make an excuse and say the floor is already scratched, suggesting that the leasing agent would not evem notice (they would, trust me) 5. No way to complain about abovementioned scratches on their website or customer service (because its the person who scratched the floor) Advice: pay a little extra and use a company that has a customer support base that can actually compensate you if a mistake is made. There was no inventory report, no sign off to say the work was done well or poorly and no receipt for my CASH PAYMENT ONLY. Ill be using Toll in the future.
Last few months have been very very busy for me as I hardly had any time to pack my bags as I was shifting my house!!! Thankfully Guaranteed Removals packing service Sydney took care of it. I was so damn relieved!!!
