During the past seventeen years, I have gained extensive experience across the Education, Events and Entertainment industry as well as the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. Studying a Bachelor of Business (International Business) at RMIT, I moved into the corporate world, working for a shipping a logistics company for almost 11 years. I have worked in a range of roles gaining customer service, cash handling, team leading, systems and project management experience. I have also worked in major events (the Australian Open, Royal Melbourne Show, various concerts – including ACDC, Coldplay, George Michael, Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake to name a few and sporting events like the AFL and Soccer) and entertainment venues (ranging from cinemas to stadiums). I have also worked in the Education sector, providing relief during planned and unplanned staff absences in the school office. I worked in a range of office roles and experience was gained at a number of primary schools, secondary schools and specialist settings. I also have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Access). When I’m not working, I love travel and have recently completed a personal challenge of travelling around the world (via Asia, Europe and North America) without taking a flight!
