I have never seen such good quality and stylish shoes at an affordable price. I was amazed when they told me the prices. I didn't have to bargain as they automatically gave me a discount. I bought a pair of sneakers and a 2 pairs of sleepers and 1 sandal and 2 more foot wares. All my friends liked the shoes I bought from here. I am glad to shop from here and have decided to visit this store in the future too.

Good quality yet over priced shoes with jaw dropping low grade customer services. I have seen volunteers working at adelaide shows with better attitude and attention towards customers. I felt that The lady was ready to slap my face when I said I didn’t want to buy.

I really hope this feedback is taken on board by your sales team because the product quality is there and really, for a long standing business to have its reputation damaged by some staff is a real shame. I work with health care professionals to correct my foot issues, and on their recommendation I have visited Grundy's many times over the years. Each time that I've come into the store (many), I've been given the hard sell on products that I clearly am not interested in. This is an issue particularly with the more mature sales assistants - this is not an ageist issue, just an observation. Never had an issue with the younger staff, all of whom seem easy going and not there to make a quick buck or force a sale. Unfortunately today's assistant was snooty, pushy and disingenuous. Paired with the consistently tone deaf service and the hassle of the whole ordeal, the store has lost this long term customer.

Absolutely love this store. Always have a great variety of shoes for those with needy feet like me (orthotics, flat feet and all that). The staff are amazing. Super attentive, patient, and extremely helpful. Every time I have been here I've found what I've needed and have seen me through to supportive shoes that actually last and I don't hate.
