We had Grubless clean our apartment complex - when they took over there was an improvement in the quality from the previous cleaners but after a while there service really slipped. The sub-contractors they got to do some pressure cleaning actually turned up at 3am running noisy machines, broke the tap and left without telling anyone or getting it fixed - they just left water gushing out into the street. Grubless were really difficult to deal with in the end!!
