Claudia served us at the counter and was friendly full of smiles and helpful! Matt brought our food and was equally cheerful! Our Brie Chicken sliders and Zucchini Chips hit the spot!

Nice burgers at a great price
Wild West burgers are nice. But stay away from the gluten free bun. The worst I have ever seen or tasted. I’ve had it many times at different grilled but this was awful. Won’t be using them again
Chips shared plate was ordered, zucchini ones where burnt,sweet potato chips were nice, chips, count 11. Not worth the price for this shared platter. Disappointing.
Attentive and fast service.
Ordered Uber Eats on Friday night. When the delivery arrived half the food ordered and paid for was missing. The Uber driver was great - very apologetic and confirmed that he had delivered exactly what he was given. I then phoned the store to let them know and ask about the missing items. The young person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She said things like: 'it isn't our problem' ; ; 'we have the rest of your order here but we aren't uber drivers so can't get it to you'. 'tough luck you will need to place another order'. While she was speaking to me she was yelling at other members of staff at the same time. While I completely understand mistakes can be made it is how the mistake is handled and followed through that would have made all the difference. This store needs to train their staff properly in customer service as it really made the whole experience even worse!! I do like the food from Grill'd but have left this review in the hopes that Management will see it and train their staff in basic customer etiquette.
Clean restaurant. Nice food and friendly and patient staff. Order came out with the order being correct. Yummy burgers. Would like a range of sugar free drinks not just Pepsi Max. Luckily i love pepsi max but at least 2or3 options would be nice for all us type 1 diabetics here
