Great Service at virtually no advanced notice. Had alternator trouble with our MY14 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Parts Dept had no replacement in stock at 4 pm but pulled a favour and had one on hand by 11.00am the next morning. The Workshop went beyond and installed the unit and the vehicle was ready for collection by 4 pm that day. Thank you to the Parts Manager, the Workshop receptionist, the Workshop Manager and the Technician that performed the work. A great effort. Their charge was more than reasonable and we recommend this Jeep Workshop to anyone that may endeavour problems while passing through Griffith.
