While the lawn mowing service is very good I have been trying now since early March to get the hedge clipping service to my house. I have tried telephoning on 6231 1600 now for two weeks , leaving messages. No replies. Two weeks ago a contractor called me to say he was coming to the house on the next Tuesday..No sign of him. No calls. Nothing.Also your email address is not recognised by the service.What to do?? . Ring the head office in Newcastle or try and get a message to the CEO??. Hopefully I will get some response soos

The carers are generally good, some were exceptional, but many of the coordinators and managers need lessons in customer service and computer based scheduling. Blaming customers now seems to be the preferred position when something goes wrong! Higher management defend staff and I have been left with the distinct impression that I should be grateful for the service. Unfortunately, it's not like another service where I can easily find an alternative. Waiting lists are long or non existent. This used to be a good service with a caring attitude, not anymore. Try a different service if you have the chance.

I have emailed. No response and can't get through on the phone. I need to cancel my service for tomorrow but how? Bet I'll be charged too. I have struggled so much with the staff and no communication or notes or follow ups and incorrect information. If I didn't have to deal with all the mistakes in the office and just with the people who come to do the service it'd be great. They never apologise for their mistakes either, the staff at the office dont care.
