GREYHOUND NEVER AGAIN First trip with Greyhound and one of the roads was flooded so we could not go through. Fair enough, not Greyhound's fault. Maybe the company should have considered its passengers though! The bus driver decided to stop in a shopping centre (what the f***?) and wait there for 2 hours. There was barely anywhere to seat and because we were supposed to arrive at midday we did not pack any food with us! So we had to buy our own food at a place where the bus driver obviously knew everyone. I'm not a big fan of this tourist milking, especially when you don't have any consideration for said tourists. Did not complain about this until we booked 3 tickets instead of 2 because we thought the website did not register properly. I told them I was flying back home and I would not have to take the bus anymore but they still gave me the ticket value as a voucher instead of refunding me. Whenever I come back to Australia I will always use Premier Motors Services, much more reliable, cheaper and good customer service. My friends always told me how the Greyhound buses were always late and bad overall, I should have listened.

Terrible busses every bump is felt sending shocks straight up your spine. Its as if they have no suspension at all. Then when the bus hits the larger bumps it sounds like an explosion is going off in the cabin. Every thing shakes and rattles constantly, take earplugs. Spacing and seating is cramped. You will be hard pressed sitting 2 kids side by side against one another. I dont know how services like this are allowed to exist?
