Hi customers! I had a really bad experience with this disrespect company. I made a agreement after October to pay 77 a week because de covi-19 and my wafe passed away and the normal payment that was 460 a month. I started pay and on 1/01/2021 the company made a debit of 920 even I was paying . The company toke many weeks to refunded me. Now at 1/04/2021 the company did the same. It was my last payment and Grenke did the same thing. Made a unauthorized debit of 460. In my opinion is not a honest and trust company. Never autorize than make debit on your account .

I have my machine finance with this company and it was disappointing and disaster. They keep find excuses to cut money from my account like insurance and installation plus the have been taking many amounts then when I complained they get me back then again doing same thing, I’m warning all clients to be away from this company as my bad experience telling me they are thief under legal terms .
2 Years ago Optus put a phone system at my workplace and it didn't work as the salesman said it would, Optus refunded me everything that I paid for due to the fact that their salespeople were lying about the performance of their system. Grenke leasing supplied the system and I sent the equipment back to where Optus told me to send it to, for the last 2 Years I have sent emails, phone calls to Grenke and never have anyone return my calls or emails, they say they will talk to their manager but never call back, they have been taking 170.00 Dollars a Month for over 2 Years for equipment that I don't have. I will be seeking legal advice as this is ridiculous that they keep on taking my money for something I don't have. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY
A great leasing company that makes leasing process liquid. Highly recommended as they have paperless process. Everything on Glass plus great service. Forget about the old days of piling up papers and wait for the finance to get approved. Great work and highly recommended.
ASKED FOR SOME ASSISTANCE TO DEFER PAYMENTS WITH COVID 19 SITUATION. I HAVEN'T WORKED IN 5 WEEKS MY BANK WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING WAS ASKED TO FILL IN FORMS THAT I FIND VERY INTRUSIVE POOR FORM GRENKE.
Ok, had to change my original review. After an issue with having 6 payments deducted at once, they came to the party and extended the loan term to make sure the impact on my cashflow was minimised. Thank you!
