If I could rate this store a 0 I would! If you could sum up this specific store in 3 words it would be SLOW, STUPID and BRAIN-DEAD. No one ever picks up the phone and I've been stung enough times driving there to check stock myself only to find items are unavailable. Staff are all lethargic and lack any motivation. Time to find a better store manager who can rally an active team.

Excellent shopping, experienced employee named Mark, patience, enthusiasm and still can remember the customer. I admit that i am picky, but Mark can provide perfect shopping and after-sales service experience, need any product as long as the Officeworks have, later will go to buy, and Tell everyone I know ，there is a perfect shopping experience, the team here beautiful

Very poor customer service. I needed printing for a university assignment, therefore I went in as soon as the store opened. I ended up waiting 40mins for 5 page document because the staff recognized the man behind me and served him first. I ended up missing the train for a 40 minute job that should have taken less than 15 mins. The printing was smudged and of poor quality when I paid for the premium paper. The staff did nothing about this issue and I walked out a highly dissatisfied customer. I definitely will not be returning.

Worst customer service store ever it's like the store is scared to pick up the phone no matter what time you call in the morning in middle of the day at night or while in the store where there's no customers in the store customers the store will not pickup the phone. Along with with staff members just standing around talking being the counter while people are waiting to pay.

Recently came to the Gledswood Hills Officeworks to print out some photos of a loved one who passed away. I was served by Ahlam and was very thankful for her compassion and undivided attention. Moments like these can be very challenging although I am very thankful that Ahlam was able to make this process easier through her great customer service. Thank you!

This guys are lost in space honestly.. no idea what they are doing starting from the lost looking Manager up to the staff at the counter.. someone from Coles group should look at their revtraining.. if you only check all of their reviews... anyway avoid it if you can..

If I could give zero stars I would. Asking for help at this store is like asking for a million dollars. Painfully excruciating because you know you wont get it. Customer service is a joke and most staff are unpleasant to deal with. If you don't like your job or customers then quit. Not to mention, i have a dislocated shoulder and when asking for help to lift a gaming chair onto a trolley, I waited a further 30 minutes after a staff member going on their lunch break called someone over only to have no one show up. A fellow customer ended up helping me. Gledswood Hills, you should be ashamed and look at your infrastructure when hiring team members. The cheapest aren't always the best.
