Appalling! :-( Today I popped in to see the Dojo and to look around, get a feel of the place and ask some questions. Never have I met a person so rude and uninterested in a potential customer as the owner was!! At first he was all smiles, but as soon as I said I was not sure about joining yet, he became completely uninterested in me and suddenly said that he was "too busy to talk to me any further" Wow! Never mind that it was for my CHILDREN that I was enquiring about. but he never even bothered to ask and quite frankly I would not want my children around this man. Mate, you need to learn some manners and take a minute or 2 to talk to anyone who makes the effort to walk into your business. How you treat people on the first visit tells them a lot abut how they may be treated in the future. I will certainly look for a more friendly Dojo than this one now, and if you are contemplating joining this club, I suggest you do too!
