Ordered 12 different pop vinyls that were stated as in stock on the website. I spent 2 hours hand picking these pops. I made payment and my order was then refunded because their website inaccurately represented stock levels. Be careful wasting your time on big orders, because their stock levels are not accurately represented online.

Really bad customer service, was told we don't sell Magic singles, very rudely and blunt. when i asked where in Canberra can i get some, was told no idea (Don't care attitude). I like Gametraders, use the Parramatta store regularly when i was in Sydney. They sell singles and help you with a smile (10/10 there). Canberra has a bit of soul searching to do. Would not recommend in A.C.T, two other perfectly and well mannered stores i found after a bit of Googling...

Gamestraders??? More like poptraders ... This shop used to be good but now it's mostly pop vinyls and the shop next door (zing) is also mostly pop vinyls ... I think a name change is in order

Barely any video games anymore, alot of board/card games. They stock alot of loot & pops. Disappointed I cant get any older games there anymore
