Exceptional staff! All are very friendly, informative/knowledgeable, empathetic, enthusiastic and understanding. From explaining how to use the machine, answering questions and helping view/interpret the CPAP machine data, they've all been great!

My mother has been on CPAP for over 2 years and has always had trouble with her machine, mask and supplier. The service we received from all the staff at CPAP Select was above and beyond anything we've had before. We did not even purchase the machine through them but they were more than happy to listen to mums worries, try different masks on her and explain the report so she could understand. They even did a follow up call the next day to see how she went. Friendly, professional service of this standard makes all the difference - especially when dealing with older people. We will never go anywhere else now .
Very disappointing. One of the ladies was very nice and helpful when we were about to hire their equipment. But then she charged us over a consultation fee after we decided to go to another supplier (despite earlier they encouraged us over the phone to come and that the consultation would be free of charge). Additionally, they BLAMED us for not to do research prior to consultation with them. We decided to go to another supplier because we found out that the brand Phillip is so MUCH cheaper if we rent/purchase it directly from the Phillip office.
The most friendliest staff I've met in a very long time... it's taken me 5 yrs from when I was first told I had OSA till now to b able to start the ball rolling on getting my own machine and for that I'm so very thankful... I will certainly b bragging to anyone who will listen on just how friendly and understanding the staff is....

Absolutely appalling service from this company. I hired a cpap after sleep study. First night of using hired cpap machine I had stomach discomfort. Sales person phoned next day to check how I went, I advised her of stomach discomfort. Her response was that I would have been swallowing the air but to keep persisting with it. I didn’t I stopped because I trusted my own gut instinct. I had the stomach discomfort for 4 days once gone I thought ok try this again. Day after I started again sales person phoned to see how it was going, I told her that I had stopped using it until that previous night. I again said that I had the discomfort & that I would try it again that night but if it continued I would stop. She was very firm & said you just need to persist with it otherwise you will never get the benefits. I replied that I would go on how I felt & if this continued I would stop. I spoke with a sleep technician who advised to STOP using machine immediately that I needed to bring machine to them. If I continued I could have serious problems. I asked him if he could speak with this company & tell them not to hand out the incorrect advice, which he did. The manager then phoned & what a rude piece of work she is....speaks over you, telling me the sales persons has had 7 years experience, how they find people use lots of excuses to stop using the cpap blah blah blah. If I really didn’t want to use a cpap machine why would I go hire one the day after I was given my cpap prescription. I told her to STOP and listen to me but she was not interested. Moral to this all is go on your gut instinct & not be BULLIED by someone who wants to add to their sales tally after all it is your health & I am sure they won’t foot the bill for treatment that will be required due to their negligence
