For starters, the sashimi selection or the tempura soft shell mud carb are sensational selections. Some of Shiki’s popular dishes include letting us choose for you with our range of set menu selections such as the Kayki which includes lobster tails infused with truffle butter or the Hanabi which includes seared Mt Gambier beef tenderloin steak with fried garlic and green peppercorns. Shiki's Japanese green tea ice-cream with red bean sauce is the perfect dessert with which to finish your meal.

Lovely food, comfortable seats and a great atmosphere with the decor. We enjoyed the house Bento Box and the yakitori noodles, miso soup and croquettes. Would recommend for couples, small groups and families.

Great Japanese restaurant with amazingly fresh sushi boats. The owner is super humble and friendly. The nigiris were fresh and rice to protein ratio is ok. Restaurant is quite large with plenty of seating.

Come only if you can afford an hour for your food to arrive in batches. Ordered at 730pm, sake came at 740pm. My starter of gyutan came at 750pm. And then my mains at 820pm. Thankfully I took photos of the earlier meals and had timestamps to confirm. Over at the corner, there was a group of 8 elderly folks. Their mains arrived over the span of 30 minutes. One of them was in desserts when the rest were still eating their teppanyaki mains. The couple seated behind us had to change to takeaway as they had to go before their good arrived. Good way to test your patience!

I regularly order takeaway dinner from here and I am impressed every time. The food is very well prepared and packed. I highly recommended the Wafu Steak consisting of beef eye fillet it’s delicious. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I went to shiki to celebrate their 17th birthday on August the 1st. They had an amazing variety of drinks and sushi on a boat. It was honestly so hard to choose from all the options given. Also they served us with udon noodles, dimplings and also some very delicious skewers which were filled with so much flavours, loved it. For the dessert they had fresh fruits and also dorayaki. It was my first one and i fell in love with it. Loved their hospitality and the owner was just amazing.

This place is fantastic with some of the best sushi and sashimi I've had in a long time. I found out about this place last year and although I can't experience the pleasure of their hospitality, I have found their delivery and packaging to be excellent. Their menu is wide ranging and of a high standard- I highly recommend this local fave.
