The Staff member Jay-Lee was fantastic... my angel.. she assisted me with getting a extremely 'stuck' ear ring back on the post .not stuck to the ear at all .. We had tried desperately at home with pilers etc.. but she chose the correct tool .it came off quickly and easily..she did not hurt me and was very understanding . Before we entered the piercing room ..she got all the necessary paperwork done ..I have worked in retail for over 30 years . It was good to see a younger staff member being so capable . While being very good at her customer service .. She also assisted me find a hair product .. I didn't know the name . I gave very vague information. I did know the brand. L'ORÉAL. She went straight to it ...she has good product knowledge.. I am 59 ..she did not make me feel silly or forgetful .. This girl is suited to customer service and much more . If I was a mystery shopper I would being giving 10 out of 10 . Shopping in your store made my day ... Spot on HR department.

Very skilled colourists, and a great discount on Tuesdays! The new remodelled salon looks amazing too. The staff here are really friendly, it's actually like catching up with your mates when I come here. Very happy

Rude workers, unhelpful and elitist. I don't know which products you do and do not sell, hence why I am skiing, whether or not you can buy it at the supermarket (which I couldn't) dose not mean I should be berated in front of your staff and other customers, you could have tried to upsell me if you were any kind of sells person but instead you turn your nose. I'm a male who know nothing about womens hair products asking for help, And maybe your happy to lose this sale (not that's it's your call you are hire by someone else to sell their products) but I am a male who keeps a well maintain breed and I know your business sell those products so you're losing more than just this one sale, and hopefully other will read this and just shop online like I'm going too. Thanks for nothing.

The overall store custom service is well bellow par! The staff whom work their don’t seem to know what they are talking about almost as if they making up the answers to your questions on the spot with absolutely no prior knowledge about stock in which they are selling.. Also the piercer which was working on Thursday 5th march around 11.30am amidst serving me stopped to go and serve someone else then proceeded to take them out the back to change jewellery and what not and made me wait even though I was their first and waiting to get a piercing! Overall very poor customer service. Won’t be going back.
