Dealt with Michael who seemed nice and knowledgeable. However, after i received the report, he was not responsive as i had some questions. It was also difficult to get a response back after discovering more asbestos. It delayed our project. He did not come out to re inspect because he was time poor so i expressed post the samples to him and he visually inspected them. He still has not re issued the report based on the new findings as discussed (it has been a couple of weeks now). I had to constantly follow up. I would not recommend as aftercare was not great.

Knowledgeable, professional, thorough and super helpful. Paul talked me through the process and covered off the right parts that were relevant to my home. Managed to have a follow up call once the report was received and was walked them through pretty well. Thanks a tonne! Cost included as many samples as required. This is a much better arrangement than other quotes for (perceptively) 'cheap' inspections price per sample taken.

Professional service with super clear report. Highly recommended! It was a great experience of using services provided by Michael and Paul from Greenlight. Highly efficiect and cost effective. I really like the Greenlight's way for doing report. It is very informative and easy to understand. This is very important because we are not asbestos experts but we need to understand current conditions and what treatment are needed.
