Excellent service. Very promt and responsible service. This team here is going long way, because they know what they are doing and what customers need. There are some competitors who needs to be aware of this as if you don't up your standard, you can be wiped off in no time. Keep it up guys.

This guy is genuine and amazing. Had issues with an expensive machine which was damaged during freight. Duy did not hesitate to get it sorted for me , sent out a new machine no questions asked. If you looking to get into the industry you need to deal with the right people who are not going to rip you off but instead support you. Have had many questions for Duy and every time he gets back to me as soon as possible to help out. A great guy. Highly recommended.
