From quotation to payment finalisation, Bright Balustrading has been prompt, professional and accommodating. Amit provided ongoing contact advise and was flexible in arranging the installation date whilst the two installers, whose names I do not recall, also provided good onsite communications, ensuring that we were happy with post positions etc. The installers worked well together, even the inclement weather did not phase them.

As a property manager for a fast paced office, I need tradesmen to be fast and efficient, and cost effective for my clients. This is exactly what Michael and Belinda at Bright Balustrading were like to deal with. I cannot recommend them more and they will be my first go-to the next time I need custom fabrication done. It was decided to move the family back early into a totally renovated home - problem was we had a tiled very steep internal staircase. As the co-ordinator of this job I called around. Unfortunately everyone I talked to was 2 weeks at least AFTER measure visit. I called Bright Balustrading ( I do remember using them years ago ) anyway - got Michael White and once I had provided photos plus measurements plus then a video he quoted asap and then said could install in 48 hours. I found this business through online search and they have been meticulous in every way, from the time the quote was given to the time the check measure was done and finally the installation was done professionally. The installers were fully professional and kept an eye for detail and ensured that the finish was professional and also ensured that they left the site clean after they finished, which very few tradies do these days. The Company was flexible enough to customize the product as per the site and offered several alternatives. The production was quick and followed by installation. I have installed all my balustrades - wire, glass and steel posts, etc. through Bright Balustrading and have no doubt in recommending them to others.
Bright Balustrading designed and installed a stainless steel rod/wire balcony on my new balcony. From start to finish, the experience was perfect. The price was very competitive and the service impeccable. The Bright guys worked in with the other tradesmen who were on the job and the finished result looks really great.
