no warranty support what so ever. these guys are a rip off. panels faulty in Qld and replacements not available. i am an installer and would never use these people again. they are here for the short term. to be avoided at all cost.

After looking over what seemed to be a thousand quotes and being confused out of my mind about different products. I had one last quote from a local bloke in Bundaberg. Shane Brady the local solar guy for Green & Gold Solar sat down with my wife and I and explained everything in terms we could understand. He showed us the difference in products and gave us multiple options from top quality down to the lower end of the budget. The most important thing was he never once told us that this one was the best and we should get it. The decision was always up to us with no pressure applied at any point. The installation went off without a hitch and we currently have a system that we are very very happy with. But for me the best part of this whole process is the fact that they are still involved with us long after the system had been installed. Shane monitors the system for us online to make sure it never has an issue and he drops in for a cuppa form time to time just to make sure we are still happy and the system is operating as it should be. I would have no hesitation what so ever to recommend Shane and his team at Green & Gold Solar to anyone I know. Regards William Smith

Had a major issue with Steve Mimnaw the person who sold me the system and organised to have it fitted. The system never worked properly. In frustration I pursued Steve through QCAT. Green and Gold Solar heard about my frustration and faulty system and stepped in and organised a totally new system to be installed. Even though they did not install the system (they were the wholesalers of the original system) they organised for the system to be completely up to standard and reworked the install. What a great job and a great company. Problem solved with in days of them becoming involved. Thank you. Would recommend and certainly use again.

Old Mill Animal Hospital

Very slack follow up! Once you have paid your money they are impossible to get any help from. I had 10kw of solar panels installed by Green and Gold Solar 2 years ago, cost best part of 20,000.00. After 12 months of not seeing any difference in my power usage and no reduction in power bills questioned Green and Gold only to be fobbed off saying that i must just be using alot more power than previous. Knowing this was definitely not the issue, made numerous phone calls to the power provider and energex to eventually find out that an EWR and a CES form were not provided by Green and Gold to power supply company. After numerous phone calls to Green and Gold and promises to fix the problem, 12 months later (2 years from installation), the power supply company says they still haven't received the paper work they require. Today Green and Gold are not answering their phones. My next point of call is ACCC and Consumer Affairs.
