The service these guys offer is second to none. Time and time again they are putting in the extra effort to offer solutions on hard to source material rather than just turn a profit on the easy stuff. Highly recommend.
Pretty good service and good range of metals. I received my order after a bit of delay and then badgering which I think is due to Surman Metals lack of end to end commitment. They believe that their responsibility ends once it gets to the courier. As we all know couriers are not the most reliable entities and tend to deliver when it suits them not when the seller or customer wishes.
They understand that business starts small and grows, try setting up an account at other steel merchants with massive minimum orders
