Gavan Knight has done it again - taken 4,500 from us to supply and build gabion walls for us and has not done anything, said he would refund the money and nothing. Taking him to VCAT if he doesn't pay up by Friday. Wish I'd seen this before engaging him.

We also were ripped off, only delivering 70% of products, and when we realised he disappeared into thin air. Finding out that he had done this many times to others.. such a dog act Gaven.

What a disgrace. nearly 2 years on and we are still owed over 7000 from this man named Gavan Knight. He doesn't pay his contractors. Shame on him.

Gavan Knight is an absolute criminal! My parents paid him 5000 deposit to build a retaining wall and he showed up for a total of 3 hours over several months. Always with a different excuse. They asked for their money back and he gave them the run around until eventually just disappeared. They are retired pensioners and the fact that he can treat people like this is disgusting. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HE IS A CROOK!!!!

We had a wall built a few years ago. It started to fail within months and a poor excuse of a repair was done. Then we couldn’t even contact him to repair it. Very shoddy.... beware.

Don’t use. They take your deposit and leave you hanging. Bunch of crooks.

This appears to be the same company (slightly different name) that just went into liquidation having taken money from customers for work not done. So be careful. Particularly if they request excessive deposits. You are only required to give a 10% deposit for building works.
