I had some Kings drawers installed in my Isuzu Dmax. They were poor quality and installed poorly. They did not work as expected. Chris the manager did offer to refund the cost of the drawers but not the installation which I was grateful for. I then required some electrical repairs to an auxiliary battery and its connections. I was told I would be sent a quote that day. I followed up the following day and Chris said he had been busy. I waited 4 days for the quote and called again. Chris once again said he was busy. He had simply forgotten and when I pushed him as to when I would receive it he told me that if I didn't like it I should go somewhere else. If that is the way some businesses choose to operate in a small town it won't be a surprise to see the business fail.

Chris is an exceptional human being! An absolute blessing! Thank you for absolutely turning my partner's day around after he broke down on the way to town on the absolute worst day. Chris fixed the car and looked after him over the weekend, an absolute professional. Driving a 1975 Land Rover and had him back on the road within a day. Would not recommend anyone other than these guys! Highly recommend!

Although initially my review and experience wasnt the best the guys and i were able to work out a reasonable and fair fix to redo the job. The team was quite professional and i am pleased to have the issues sorted. I appreciate the good customer service and respectful attitude of the staff.
