I was very disappointed with the driver. He was not very friendly towards other passengers and me. He did not have any patience to wait for passengers and he left them behind and then moved to the next destination. This type of company should hire more responsible driver to provide better services because we won't know what would happen to the passengers that were left behind. Although it would not be fair to other passengers but that should be part of the responsibility because this is a tour company.

My husband and I went on the Adelaide day tour today. It was great. Gary had plenty of useful information and was very friendly. I would definitely book another one.

What a nightmare tour for our first two days trip to Adelaide. Out of 12 people who joined the Gray Line Adelaide city highlights, Adelaide hills and Handorf tour on 11 Dec 2019, 5 people (2 at pickup point and 3 at Mt Lofty Summit) were left behind by the driver. The Gray Line Adelaide did not seem to care about our safety.

Today I experienced the Murray River day tour. From the moment I asked at the Adelaide bus station Grayline counter, the customer service has been outstanding. The counter staff, the very interesting and friendly bus driver as well as the cruise staff. Extremely helpful when it came to discussing my dietary requirements. The bus drive was really lovely and relaxing. I'm a large girl and was really happy to have plenty of room and found it a very comfortable bus ride. I so enjoyed being able to sit back and take in the view of the countryside. The boat was an experience and a half. I had so much fun and the lunch was delicious. I really enjoyed the beetroot salad - would love that recipe! We got to check out the Magnum town centre - well worth popping into the Info Centre .very helpful and they have a great range of goodies to buy. I was thrilled to find Aussie Apricots especially the Dark chocolate covered one's my favourite! The journey back to Adelaide was fun especially with the stop at Melba's. I got a couple of goodies for the friend's kids and had a very very good mocha (lactose free milk). Journeying back now and it's been a delightful day. Thank you very much.

Chosen 2 tours under the Ultimate Pass promotion for Victor Harbor with lunch (code: 580L) and Barossa Valley (code: 584). Good customer services provided by their reservation staffs. The bus drivers who also served as commentators are friendly and knowledgeable.

Took the 4hr 'Adelaide City, Hills & Hahndorf Tour with Afternoon Tea' (booked through Get Your Guide) and it turned out to be a bus ride to Hahndorf where we had 2.5 hours to do our own thing before heading back to the city. We were taken to the jam shop but none of the other stops described in the itinerary happened. The afternoon tea was very ordinary (and if you are a vegetarian you would be unlikely to enjoy the venue). Could have got exactly the same, and saved a lot of , by using public transport. Disappointing.
