We are a Bathroom Renovation business based in Brisbane. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Nina and Geoff over a period of 15 years.During that time we have used them for our numerous vanity bench tops and laundries creations.We have won many industry awards with the help of 'Granite Designs' top products. Their service of supply and installation is excellent and their prices are very competitive.We would high recommend this business and do so on many occasions to our clients to select stone work from 'Granite Designs' large selection.
We are so happy with out granite benchtops. They are so neat and look amazing. Jeff is precise with his work and made sure we knew how to care for our benchtops. Nothing was too much to ask of him. He was punctual and tidied up when finished. We would highly recommend Granit Designs.
Be weary of this company when it comes to Marble, particularly black marble. As never having personally owned marble before, we did not know that it needed to be 'treated' before you used it to prevent staining from liquids. When I buy a product I expect it to be 'ready to use' when I take it home so this is something I would expect the company that sells the marble to have done prior to me purchasing it. You are the experts - I expect you to well inform me of these things. I called Granite designs expressing my disappointment and asked why this happened to a brand new piece of marble and we were told 'We 'told' you that you had to treat it before you used it'. No such conversation ever took place! Because, it if had - I would have asked them to do it for me! Because who the hell knows how to treat marble? I know I don't. After a heated 'he said she said' they eventually hung up on us. So now we are stuck with a very expensive ugly stained coffee table. Avoid.
The people at Granite Design were a great help and nothing was too much bother. We are building a new home and had been quoted double what we paid here, they made a fabulous job and we are more than happy, our caesar-stone bench-tops look amazing and we can not see the joins on the waterfall edges. Great job, great people.
