Many years ago, we travelled Italy in search of the most consistent and best tasting coffee.It had to have allure, conjure thoughts of contentment and excitement, and needed to lift the enjoyment of coffee to new heights. We found it! Our roasters have a combined experience of over 190 years, they have long-term contracts in place with the best bean plantations in the world, giving them the best possible raw product available. Roasting coffee well is not easy, however the “slow Roast” method pioneered by our roasters has been passed on from generation to generation. The art is not lost, but has flourished!
