A great place to go if your after a delicious and fluffy pancake breakfast. Service: Quick and efficient! Our meals were on our table within 2minutes of ordering. Staff were friendly and very attentive to all guest Food: Come for the Pancakes! It’s light, it’s fluffy and was not too overly sweet. The French Toast was decent, but comparing it to what I had it Japan, the bread was not fluffy enough. Will I come back?: Most definitely YES!!!

Absolutely love the Gram cafe ! I have been here a few times now and I really enjoy their plain fluffy pancakes with a great cup of coffee. The service is always outstanding. If you want to try pancakes cooked in a different way then you will not be disappointed. These Japanese soufflé pancakes are just delicious

The pancakes were very light and fluffy, they didn’t take long to arrive. I went on a weekday so wasn’t too busy. The pancakes themselves aren’t very flavourful but the texture is very nice; and tastes good with the cream and syrup too. I would like to try something else next time. It was also a little tricky to find for someone who isn’t a regular to Chatswood (even following google directions) you need to take the escalator up to the dining terrace on level 3.

The premium pancakes are really fluffy and nice. Was a bit annoyed with the staff as 5 people tried to take my dish away in 5 minutes and I had to keep telling them that I wasn't finished. Then the next minute someone else was trying to take the dish. Supper annoying. We also asked to be relocated once a 4 seated table was available as we were sitted in the waiting area and she told me she couldn't change the table number after order was placed, which I am not sure I believe.

Opted for takeaway. The summer pack gave a good selection to taste. They were incredibly filling post lunch and tasted amazing. The lychee drink was cool to look at and tasted pretty good. Only issue was how rushed the cashier made you feel when ordering. Could understand if there was a line of 20 people waiting but it wasn't that busy.

I heard good things about the pancakes being fluffy and bouncy. Very true! They are great for Instagram but for a foodie like me I rather go elsewhere for the pancakes We tried a toast as well to have a variety unfortunately they were not up to my taste bud standards. We ordered extra maple syrup as they came with this tiny tiny serving for 50c. Rather pay extra 2 for heaps more! Heard that take away pancakes tastes better but I will give it a go next time

My sister wanted to go to the gram cafe for a while. Eventually we went and I must say the experience was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't go when the shop was first opened so didn't need to queue long lines. The pancakes were very fluffy and soft. The drinks were very good. We got the matcha, sesame and hojicha. The matcha toast was very sweet but overall delicious.

This place offers some great pancakes and a unique experience! The premium pancakes are super fluffy and light and paired well with maple syrup. However they did taste slightly raw in the middle. The green tea matcha wasn't the greatest and was quite powdery.
