This is my first ever house that I will own and have been dealing with Julie. She has made everything so simple to understand, always explaining every step in detail to ensure that my wife and I are fully informed. Being my first house, I have a lot of questions, which Julie is only too happy and patient to answer. Our experience with Grady Homes has been amazing. What has made the whole journey enjoyable is the relationship we have formed with Julie, she has truly made the process very enjoyable, nothing has been to much trouble for her, she is a true asset to Grady Homes. I also wish to add that the Grady Team makes you feel as a valued client from the staff in the front office, the design team and I must also thank Malia for helping throughout the process of designing our home. In closing we highly recommend Grady Homes you will thoroughly enjoy the experience..
Very nice designs and good after sales service
First impression WOW!!! When you walk into any Grady display you are always welcomed by a big smile and helpful staff that personally walk you through their display houses and offer you a cold water. That alone puts Grady Homes ahead of the rest right of the bat. After looking through lots of display homes we walked into a Grady home to be greeted by Ashley a lovely young chap that showed us all though the house and was very friendly and helpful. After chatting about what we were after he started on getting a quote together as nothing was too much trouble. Ashley then suggested we look though all the other Grady display homes to get ideas on design, colors and styles so we could add bits of other display homes into our design. After looking though a few of Gradys homes we realized all their staff were more than helpful. This gave us confidence in the Grady name as a chosen builder for us. Right through the whole building process Grady Homes have been absolutely amazing to work with.
The entire building experience has been trouble-free, methodical, and thorough since stepping into the show home till receiving my keys. If I was to built ever again, Grady will be my choice. I can only imagine the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to get the job done at a realistic and transparent cost. From pre-sales and pre-build (Eddie was great to work with and gave great advice along the way), to settlement and build (Donna and Malia running it like a tight ship), our invoicing was always up to date (Jane, you made sure every cent went to where it needed), and the vendors like Maidment, Ross Joinery (I just love my kitchen), Steve Electrical (great advice on the electric plan), Colour House, NQ Tile Style, the plumbers, painters, plasterers, concretors,, and the army of unnamed superstars who built my house! Townsville is proud to have a builder like you! House building should be done like this!

Julie and the rest of the team at Grady have been wonderful to deal with. No question or request is too difficult and Julie in particular has been outstanding in helping us through building our first home. Would highly recommend.
I have Built more than once with Grady Homes and apart from the process being smooth and stress free it's the Final Quality and Presentation of the Home that impresses me the most . Thanks Grady Homes Team , I'll be back .
