The service itself is good if you want to avoid face-to-face appointments, but only because there are no other options. There are many bugs and issues. I've missed appointments due to technical problems. The admin staff are unhelpful to outright rude. There is one particular man who works their phones who is a complete a**hole. I don't know why he has that job at all. They should hire better admin, since they also deal with patients with mental disabilities through their Psych2U branch.

gp2u has been amazing, so helpful and pleasant. Went far beyond my expectations with assisting me during this crisis. Thank you so much

Had a teleconsult last night with Dr. Goldberg after an unexpected injury at work became worse. He was so lovely and pleasant and acted very quickly in providing me with treatment and finding a pharmacy for me that was open late. More than happy to recommend this platform.

Had a tele health video conference with Dr Goldberg yesterday and it was a really pleasant experience. He was really pleasant. I was really short on my meds and the prescriptions were sent directly to the pharmacy in like mons!

The 1300 is always jammed up. GP2U does not have a number for overseas callers. They should have a FREE call on skype 1800 also. Other company's do. The credit card site page part doesn't work properly. I have an AU credit card with a phone number from overseas and it jams up the credit card page. not able to pay. This does not happen on other sites where i buy the meds from in AU. The site has a problem. That's all I have to say about that. I am only a customer.

Dr Daniel Morgan needs a few lessons on how to speak to people. Unprofesional and not interested in treating his patients. Will not be using GP2U because of him.
