I was so happy with the after sale service that Gospel Pianos provided! My mum bought this beautiful Bechstein piano two years ago (with a very good price too). Recently a couple of keys sounded a bit funny, so I called a local piano tuner but he wasn't keen. So I decided to call the Gospel Pianos at Ryde to try mu luck. To my surprise, the staff told me that my piano was supposed to have a service and they could provide it for free! I couldn't believe it! Almost two year since we purchased! and we live a Newcastle! Two days later, we received the service that was promised to us. The technician was very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. I'm truly grateful for the wonderful experiences we've had from purchasing the piano to the after sales support.

The owner was very pushy and wanted to sell the Kohler and Campbell brand (I think this is the brand that they mainly stocked). We wanted to have time to think about it. She was so pushy that even after we expressed we wanted another brand, she still insist on her brand. We were annoyed at her level of persistence. We lost 200 to deposit. We just want to warn other buyers in the future, next time just walk away.
Bought a W.Hoffman V131 EP with the impeccable, warm-hearted, intelligent & talented Norman at Gospel Pianos Ryde. Can I say what a wonderful experience the entire process was? The time taken for me to come play, replay, have time to reflect, play again, was superb. Options were vast but this piano had my heart, hands & ears. Norman arranged delivery, tuning, retuning (by the meticulous & nice Mr Lee) & I’ve left feeling very much like a part of the Hoffman family, as well as the Gospel Pianos family. I can’t recommend this store for quality, attention to detail, follow up & warm interest in the customer’s particular needs & wishes. Am a Customer for life. Thank you so much Norman
Personally I would recommend to try and buy piano here. There are very good staff, particularly one gentleman called Norman, we whole family love his demo and introduction for different series of pianos. He is fully knowledgeable about piano and gave us a good suggestions, stood in our boot. The service is perfect as well, it delivered fast and piano in good shape. If your kid is at entry level, as suggested, better to chose European piano rather than Japanese ones such Kawai or yamaha which are pretty sharp may be not as warm as European ones. Just my two cents and hope this helpful. In general, good staff, good piano in good price and good service. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I just got my Yamaha piano today and really happy with the product and delivery. Price was cheaper than other piano shops that I checked! Norman and all the staff was very friendly and really care what they doing.
