Best help ever at Jo Jos. Where online couldn't deliver or provide what we needed Jo Jos went out of their way to not only find what we were after but also supply it at better price and order so it was delivered on time. Can't wait to show off our wings! They have over 3 shops worth of items. The body art selection alone is amazing.

BUYER BEWARE! Worst experience ever, customer service was awful and felt like an annoyance for asking simple questions. Very overpriced. Payed over 100 on a balloon arch that was below average and not what I expected. Hired a ball pit and was unable to use it as it was unsafe for babies. It was super dirty which attracted lots of flies and the most of the balls were just smashed bits of plastic. Were an hour late to pick the ball pit up and Invited themselves into our backyard with out giving us a chance to explain about the ball pit, then drove away. Will never be purchasing from here again.
I had such a great experience hiring a medieval dress for a school function. I was impressed by the range, especially their plus size costumes. The staff were friendly and ensured the hiring process went smoothly. One accessory from the dress had minor wear and a small rip which they completely understood and did not fault me for. Will hire from them again.
Never had a drama, the stuff was good and on time. I was a bit picky and would chop and change my order but none of this was an issue for JOJOS. They are the cheapest in town too. A bit old school paperwork wise, and I think might put them at a slight disadvantage from a business perspective, nothing is electronic (invoices / quotes) and you cant organise and pay for an order online, I am personally not a big fan of handing over a credit card on the phone, so i had to pop into the shop in Gosford and finalise payments, 2020 general protocol is PDF things to be emailed, not hand written things that are hard to follow and keep track of, and various people on the phone couldn't find specific paperwork for my order which proved to be a mild frustration sometimes, and messy, just some feedback for the business moving forward. But my over all experience was fine, all the staff were really helpful and friendly and I would totally use these guys again.

Massive range of party supplies, so surprising how much they can fit into their store! Heaps of party equipment for hire at a reasonable price. Staff were all very friendly and helpful :)
The woman serving was unfriendly, rude and seemed genuinely put out by being asked any questions in relation to her store and it's products. I'm always surprised when customer service seems to be such a bother for staff when you have your own business. However, not an issue for me at all, as we went elsewhere and hired 6 costumes. Side note - Pinatas sell for 35.00 but the exact replica can be found at Spotlight and The Base Warehouse for 19.00. Buyer beware, this shop is rude and overpriced!
