Really good customer service by a bloke called oosh
The guys a BBF are always helpful. Huge range of industrial supplies. They have gotten me out of trouble a number of times over the years with odd requirements needed to get jobs done. If they haven’t got it they will do their best to have it as soon as possible. Highly recommended.
Straight off the bat the customer service is very good, the guys are very friendly. However, I bought in an item and asked for a tap to suit this thread, yet still ended up with the wrong sized tap. I then had to reorder another tap, which wasted a lot of time. An unfortunate situation which sadly detracted from the good customer service. Make sure they double check to see if the item suits.
