I contacted Sydney building reports on the 25/1/18, I am in the process of purchasing a brand new waterfront property and require a building completion report. I was put through to CRAIG, may I say he is the most ignorant incoherent person I have come across. Amongst other things Craig thought it would be a good idea to laugh at some of my questions and gave me near to no explanation as to what his role would entail or any guidance and information moving forward. Given the above I did not let it deter me and asked for a written quote to complete the inspection, after passing on my email address and details, I am yet to hear from this company. Today is the 30/1/18. Needless to say please find another company if you need building reports, there are over 200 companies that do these reports, unfortunately I came across the worst of them.
