My kid was studying in Mastery last year . He was always expecting for the class each week. The teachers are quite knowledgeable and humorous , he was quite enjoyable in Mastery . The director is very professional , experienced, thoughtful and responsible, provide specific study plan for different kid’s situation. In their class, kids always have challenge and fun. We have excellent results both in scholarship and selective test , without Mastery’s generous and continuous support, we can’t get these high achievements! Many thanks to Mastery , wish Mastery have big harvest In every year !
From my experience I really enjoyed my time at Mastery. Not only did I learn so much but the environment was undoubtedly one of the most welcoming I’ve come across. The teachers there are also incredible at engaging students and teaching them the necessary skills to help them improve academically. Lastly the owner of Mastery actually shows a genuine interest in each student’s ability and what she can do to help them achieve their personal best. I definitely highly recommend Mastery School.
While learning in Mastery School, I have improved academically and mentally from the aid of considerate teachers and staff. Mastery School provides an engaging yet challenging learning environment as they pushed me to study more diligently and work outside my comfort zone. Additionally, the owner encourages their students to work harder and also cares about the students’ personal educational issues. I highly recommend going to Mastery School.
I would highly recommend this coaching school, for students of all capabilities. I have seen some posts here, about how the students were good before they came to the school, and how this place is just wasting money. My personal experiences here as a student would suggest the contrary. I came here with no previous experience of coaching. However, my teacher could tell that I had potential, and placed me in a class with the top students. At the start, I struggled a lot, but after a few weeks I was consistently placing in the top three. When it came to the high school exams, I got several scholarships and an offer to James Ruse. Please don't listen to any of the negative reviews. After going to many other coaching schools, I have seen the most progress here. Honestly, the price is so worth it for the greater opportunities it will give you in your life and career.
This was such an amazing place, and helped me prepare for my tests! The teachers are very good and high-quality for the students, and the competitive atmosphere really prepared me for the upcoming exams. I am extremely grateful to this school for helping me so much. Thanks!
I was suppose to teach here as a private tutor but didn't after a compromise could not be reached with the owner. I can only talk from my experience so do bear that in mind. To me, the owner exudes a false sense of confidence, and thus arrogance, and has a methodology of tutoring that is centered around money and performance (defined in a narrow sense...will explain). What happens often with this mindset, is that a love of learning, an appreciation of growth and development, receptivity to feedback and flexibility for academic growth, does not exist at the school. What is focused on are the already bright kids that can perform to a standard that can be advertised on the website (not how much better students can be in general). This isn't a fostering of growth and a love of critical thinking...to the point where natural progression in academics is possible. I found her extremely off-putting, money-focused and find it quite a shame that such a tutoring school exists...particularly when there are so many great tutoring places in Sydney.
Just wanted to thank the Mastery School for providing me with a job during this COVID-19 pandemic and reassuring me during such a difficult time. I've worked for over a year at Mastery and have only seen generosity and kindness from all the staff. For those who are looking for a safe and worthwhile place for your child to receive a boost in their education, I highly recommend Mastery!
