I regret i did'nt check the ratings before engaging them for my parental arragements mediation. I paid for assessment after being told mediation is possible in my case. Later I was told cause I called many times their office its harassment and they took my money and didnt organise mediation session. I called many times cause I was told first to add property mediation as requested by the other party, and after refusing I was told Scott will be calling other party and checking. After waiting for few days I kept calling to check staus. When you call on Mondays and Thursdays no one picks up although they advertise fast turnaround. No replies to email also. Very disappointing and highly unprofessional. Just ended up wasting my money and time.

Made the process very difficult did not give us a legally binding document as we were promised kept throwing in his two cents worth. Would not recommend to anyone
I was of the belief that mediators were supposed to be impartial, however have since learned that while I was in the other room (I opted for face shuttle due to my ex partner being verbally abusive towards me), the mediator was telling the other party that they were wasting their time trying to negotiate with me and told them to leave part way through mediation, when I had paid for a full session. I walked away from mediation with one view, and my ex walked away with another view which then caused massive issues between us. Mediation is supposed to help with communication, but after this experience with Goodwin, my ex and I both walked away with incorrect information as to where the other party was at. I completely understand that this can happen as a result of face shuttle, however, it appears that in this case, the mediator didn’t have the skills required to handle the situation and effectively made the situation between myself and my ex partner a lot worse.
