Our business has recently adopted the Goodtel VOIP system and we are extremely happy with it. Not only with the technology but the customer service as well. Our online call redirection was quite complicated, but they managed the implementation without much fuss, and were able to give us access to a self serve management portal. The fact that they also donate 50% of their profits to charity is yet another reason we were happy to partner with them for our communications. Knowing that our choice is supporting Greening Australia is wonderful.

We moved from Telstra to Goodtel approx 3 months ago. The transition has been almost seamless. Goodtel is actually good. I am new to Melbourne and needed nbn at my new house so thought I would give them a go.
