I called this week to get a quote for ceramic tile removal. Six boxes of ceramic tiles. At the time of the booking I was never told that the minimum fee would be 250. It was such a small job that I negotiated down to 220. If I had known this I would have kept on searching for a better deal. When they finished the job I inspected the area and it was not cleaned to a satisfactory level. It took them three attempts to do this. When I told them this is not satisfactory I was given the excuse that I never told them to clean the area, it was a communication barrier. I advised them that the website states that the area is left in a clean state. I found the whole experience frustrating.

Matt; who was my first point of contact was able to organise a time to suit me even though it would have been out of their way on that day. Not the lowest quote that I got to clean up my mess, but were happy to negotiate a little bit to make up for that. Both Daniel and Louis were cordial and extremely friendly. Would be happy to use them again.

They were even able to change the time of my rubbish removal at the last minute to suit me when unexpected circumstances arose.
