Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!! We were given a quote which we immediately approved and asked to go to production. We were asked to send through delivery details etc which we had to send through 3 times because for that particular week they were having 'email issues'. Then when finally they received my email for the 4th time, and conveniently the supplier of the drink bottle I was ordering DOUBLED their price that day, therefore providing me with a new quote which was double our original quote. If they sent our drink bottles to print the day or WEEK that I approved the quote it all would've been okay. But the delayed responses and "email issues" then resulted in a ridiculously overpriced drink bottle. It was an absolute waste of my time as I left another supplier to work with this company who just wasted my time.
Such a great experience with the guys here, were so helpful and went above and beyond to deliver our products for our event! Couldn't recommend any higher and will not be disappointed!
