Went here for the first time yesterday and won’t be going back. The guy working there should not be in retail, the entire time I was in the store he showed no interest in offering help or paying any attention, instead just standing behind the counter looking through the card deck in his hand. When I asked where the magic cards were he just pointed behind him without even looking at me and continued looking at his cards. I needed help to choose some and felt like I was burdening him for even asking questions. I told a couple of my friends about the experience and they knew exactly who I was talking about, so it’s obviously not just me who had a problem with this staff member. I’m not surprised the retail sector is dying after experiences like this. Next time I’ll just buy online.

I visit this store every week to play and purchase a variety of games! Not only is the store owner very helpful and kind to new customers but the atmosphere here for many gaming events is so much more inclusive than any other game store in the area!
