Very disappointed as I was given the wrong flavour despite after double checking with the assistant and having it printed on the cup. Brown sugar milk tea !! They gave me standard milk tea . I should have tasted it there and then but waited until I got to the car. My advice is to check you have the right order before leaving there. However the gong cha shop at market square is spot on! Sunnybank plaza your letting the team down

Stopped by for bubble tea after dinner since it was just across the food court. I was wanting a taro one but saw they had Oreo chocolate milk tea, which sounded interesting and went with that instead. Tea was nice and the oreo gave it nice texture and flavour. It wasn't too busy when I went so didn't have to wait too long.

I would have preferred to not give a star at all to the Sunnybank Plaza Gong Cha. After collecting 10 stamps, I proceeded to scan my PassUWallet for a free drink at 2.50pm. However, the Gong Cha staff told me I had already redeemed it and was unable to process the order even though lady who served me clearly saw the 10 cup stamps. Quite confused, I explained that I had never redeemed it before and collected all 10 stamps yesterday. In fact, there was an employee working today that served me yesterday and scanned my PassUWallet but did not say anything. In the end, I was told that they could do absolutely nothing about my free drink. What angered me the most was the fact that the only male staff rostered on today seemingly implied that I was trying to scam them for a mere 6.80 drink. As someone who has worked in retail before, I would expect at least an apology for the faulty PassUWallet technology or something of the like. Now, not only have I lost all 10 cup stamps (when the lady scanned my PassUWallet) which I have paid for but I will not be returning to this store, nor will my friends and peers as clearly, there are other Gong Cha stores or tea stores in Brisbane with better customer service and attitude for the like. Extremely disappointed.

I shop at this store almost every day and the reason I have never stopped coming back is because of how the staff treat me. I’m always treated like a friend of the store and I’m always greeted very warmly and they can always notice if I seem happy or tired and ask how I’m doing. There are 4 staff in particular I really appreciate the service of and I consider them my friends. I highly recommend becoming a regular customer in this store, it is my favorite place to buy my tea.

DO NOT ORDER THE EGG PUFFLE THING.. IT IS SO DRY AND YUCKY. WHEN I ASKED FOR SOME WATER .. THEY REFUSED. REALLY REALLY BAD PUFFLE!
