Tried to redeem my free tea after having been loyal by ordering 10 drinks. I was told I could only redeem a drink worth 6 or less due to company policy. There are barely any drinks less than 6. Also they said I couldn’t order something more than 6 and then pay the difference. Should have communicated this with customers beforehand. Also the staff member’s English was barely proficient. Very disappointed and will never return to this store again. You lost a customer today.

The service is really nice, good patient, explained every kind of milk tea, which one suitable children or old people, commended delicious dink to children, and the most important is the girls really beautiful
The wonderful lady that served me today at around 6 was great! She took her time to explain each flavour and ask questions about my preferences. She was patient, kind and displayed great customer service skills. She also made one of the best Gonga Cha teas I have had. Very pleased customer!!
Online it says they open at 9:30. The lady got here at 10am and then said it will take 1.5 hours before the tea has brewed. What a joke, change your opening time to 11:30am then! Update: they have now because of my review. Good job
I would give zero star if I can! Bad customer services. I have a loyalty card to redeem a free drink. The person doesn’t honour that because he think it is scam! Seriously? Would never go to this gongcha again!
I usually go there after Coles.
The boss is very friendly. She remembers my favourite, the taro one. So whenever I go to Ikea, I would drop by their place.
Very good service and nice staff, will definitely come back next time!
