The employer seriously needs to remind the staff about customer service! I have always been a fan of Gongcha for years, never had a problem buying here. But recently, there is this one employee with black hair, wear round glasses and has a fringe hair cut, she NEVER said thank you when giving the drink to customer nor smiling. Every time she served me it always made me feel like I said something wrong to her? It's not the first time, otherwise I wouldn't want to waste my time to write this. I visited this Saturday morning as well and same thing happened. I understand it get tough working as a hospitality staff, however, this kind of attitude is unacceptable and she should at least know how to say THANKS to the customer, basic customer service?? Whoever reading this, employee or employer, don't get me wrong, your drinks are the best, but if I always being treated like that. I'll never come back. Hope this help.

I so happy when visited gongcha yesterday , first time drink gc , I didnt know what to to drink and staff kindly offered for me , and i got my Grape green , the drink so nice ,

Very delicious milk tea. Definetly recommend. However, they did get my order wrong at first but made an effort to prioritise my order.
Not many bubble tea joints in Bankstown, Glad Gong Cha opened up here. Love the selections of milk tea, great service and great price.
