They don't usually get my order right, but this time they checked with me and did it well
the tea is always fresh and the pearls are so toothsome!! the staff are lovely and kind (and forgiving when you drop your money, lol). i’ve never had a bad drink here, and i don’t think i ever will :)
love love love gong cha!!!! indooroopillys branch staff are so kind and nice always a delight to go there and get a drink, favouriteeeee order is the grape green tea, replacing the basil seed with lychee pearls and having it with half sugar and no ice (no ice means more tea for you!) love gong cha so much, used to be a strict chatime fan but now have broadened my bubble tea horizons!!!

Staff not friendly. I always order normal sugar and iced but today (just 10 minutes ago ) First I was sip some its too sweet and I back to ask the staff is that normal sugar ?? Why it too sweet not like everytimes? A man who took my order turn his face to a womam who did my tropical greentea for me and then reply me yes its normal sugar. That’s it !!! Didn’t ask me what the problem didnt say anything even ask me are you allright with that !!!! This is my 1st time that I just sip some and then throw it in the rubbish bin !!! So disappointed!!!
