Second time here as I thought I'd give another chance but had just the same experience. Staff do not know much about time management and which drinks to distribute first to which customer(s). Someone had placed an ubereats order for 6 drinks before me, whereas I had just ordered one. I spent over 18 minutes waiting for my drink. Wouldn't it have been much easier to make my drink first and then the other 6? This just makes the customer wait an unnecessary time. The second time I came, I also ordered one drink for myself. I waited a total of 7 minutes for ONE drink. You might ask why it took so long? Firstly, my drink was just sitting there at the back while staff were focused on other things. After that, staff called number 28 first who ordered three drinks while I was number 27 and my drink was STILL SITTING THERE and the staff member clearly saw me waiting for my one drink. Honestly, pathetic service. (As you can see in the photo, my lonely drink was just sitting there...)

I ordered my favourite taro milk tea and there is no milk at all it is taste like water and can’t show milk aside from colour purple.they can just call it water tea.
Soo happy a bubble tea place has finally opened at our local. Service is great, and flavours are always on point.
bubble tea taste's great! but they need to put straws when ordered for takeaway, have forgotten my straw twice!!! - very inconvenient and impossible to drink without it! :(
Service is great. Glad one is here. To save travelling elsewhere.
