I bought 3 drinks. When I picked them up, one got slipped. the cup broke and make a mess on their counter. All is my mistake but they replace the broken one for free. Thanks guys! Your milk tea with pearl is amazing nonetheless.

I went to Garden city Gong Cha today around 3:15pm on Saturday with my partner, we have the entertainment book voucher, so before I order I have asked, can I use this here? David (the one service me) said yes. So I order a earl grey milk tea with pearls, he told me to pay 6.80. I said to him and show him the Offer from entertainment book, shows one free drink, and he is arguing with me and told me I can not use that, I can join a member and pay 6.80. I show him the screen again, he press redeem button, rolling his eyes, and keep telling me to pay with bad attitude. so I ends up pay the drink also losing my free drink from entertainment book. When I get home, the milk tea is taste less, pearls are hard, so I ends up throw them away. Such bad experience, bad customer service with lack of training.

I went this shop 2 days ago. Two girls were in the shop but they didn't notice I was at the counter because they were too busy talking. In this coronavirus situation, they were not wearing gloves. One of the girls she tied her hair up and then she started to make my drink without washing her hands. Of course no gloves. That was DISGUSTING. I am NOT going back to this shop again.

Great tea but the person who served was very short with everyone so might need to work on that.
