Average rooms, poor service. Once they have your money they can't be bothered to assist you in any way. Will definitely not use again

Budget suite was very old(suspect never renovated) , I believe others have been renovated. No staff on site, remote check-in

Great place, room was nice and clean, full set of cutlery was provided. Price was just awesome. The only drawback is we could hear the neighbour next door snoring. Overall, very nice motel.

We come up to the area to visit our Son and family. The motel still is a town away.so have to drive every time we visit. The only motel in the area.As huskissson prices in cararvan.parks are unrealistic,even in the off season.. so I am grateful for this Motel. Have stated a few times..

Customer service is really poor. They didn't accept to amend my booking while we are in a middle of a lock down. I already had it really hard to have another date while O couldn't come in December as the road was closed because of the bushfire. The employees tells you that they will give you their manager and hang up on the phone. Honestly I don't recommend at all. There is lot of great other place in the area. You don't need to go there.
