Unbelievably good customer service. I'm in WA and was looking for a golf watch. This site had the best price by a big margin! 10/10 I emailed to see if what I wanted was in stock. They replied within a few hours!! 10/10. I ordered the goods. Within two minutes I received a call to say that in my email I discussed a golf watch but I had ordered a hand held device!! 10/10. They corrected my error - I didn't need to do a thing !!!10/10 I received the goods (NSW to WA capital city) in less than 24 hours!!!!! 10/10. BEST PRICE and FANTASTIC SERVICE - thank you.

Wasn't impressed when I returned a golf bag. It was an impulse buy while shopping for a new wood for my wife. They had 20% off so it was a good deal. On getting it home I found it didn't sit right on the buggy. For some reason the items were not compatible. I had purchased the icon One fold buggy from the them last year after buying same for my wife. Works perfectly with my old bag. I thought a cash refund would have been normal practice in these situations but instead I could only swap for another full price bag or other items which I didn't want. Alternatively I accepted a credit voucher. I have the feeling the salesman didn't believe me as he could demonstrate a different buggy was ok. Fact is that the Prosimmon icon bag will not sit straight on the Icon One Fold buggy. Disappointing considering how often I have shopped there in the past.

Couldn't be happier, purchased an Off Set Tour Edge driver after trying a number of top brands, the boys were more than helpful assuring I made the right choice. Not pushy in any way, it was great to see the different flight paths of different clubs including my old Ping. I haven't hit so many fairways . Love my new club. Make this your go to golf shop, fantastic blokes.

superb experience with Mark and Luke, seriously couldn't offer more support in my club selection. Even to the point of steering me down a more economical set of clubs and reasoning behind it. Also offered to help adjust the settings on my driver (which I bought at another local golf store). My experience at other golf stores is that its about the sale not the fit very transactional. I wont go anywhere else to buy my golf kit now.

I purchased a new driver from Dominic at Charlestown on 14th May and the time he took on the machine making sure that everything was was A- OK was really appreciated. Also left an old (favourite) 4 iron for a shaft repair. He rang last Wednesday to say it was ready - picked it up Thursday and asked if I could get a softer grip on the driver - done within a few minutes (no charge) Really appreciated the experience and recommend him to anyone seeking the right advice and equipment at he right price.
