My first impression was immediate: the shopfront was clean, neat and tidy, unlike some others I've visited over the years. Although there was a little hiccup in the work that was done on the app that needing fixing, when I sent an email about this, I had a quick reply, asking me to come back so that the problem could be fixed. This was done in good grace and without any additional charge. I'm happy to come back the next time I need some help.
Gold PC Services are a great bunch of guys who do their work quickly for a reasonable price. I have been there on several occasions and have nearly gotten everything I went for. Great!
The guys at Gold PC service were amazing. They replaced my laptop battery (Razer Gaming laptop) quickly, and gave the machine a good clean and service. Its now running like new! I will definitely be back if I need any other computer services. Thanks
Amazing customer service- Had a laptop breakdown right before some huge exams, and not only did a gentleman stay late at the shop so i could swing by and drop it off, I was given a replacement to use for my exams while mine was being fixed. Makes me believe in the kindest of strangers again! great service, thanks again!
The team at Gold PC offer a rare capacity to actively think about solutions. Compared to the large corporate outlets, their service level, their can-do attitude and their care for me as a customer, have been refreshing at multiple occasions. Even though it says 'PC Services' they are also great with Mac.
