From my first contact with this firm, I had very professional service. Measurements were taken carefully and alternate ideas were thoughtfully given. Installation of the windows and doors was completed with precision and care. A single issue that arose was addressed speedily and without any trouble at all. I ordered an aluminium sliding door with prowler proof security screen. The security screen was missalligned and difficult to open and close. The people who dropped the door off had poor customer service aswell. I received a quote from one of their recommended tradies to install the door however it was super expensive so I decided to get a couple other quotes. Most other quotes were half the price so I decided to accept a cheaper price. I notified the tradie that i decided to go ahead with a cheaper tradesman as his prices were just to high. He responded by giving me a scathing tx. My experience went from bad to worse. Very dissapointed. I'm still left with a faulty door to fix. PS- The following day I get another filthy tx from the over priced tradie having a go at me for the review. We'll this just confirms how unproffessional this outfit is. In today's age of social media and internet you'd think businesses would be more switched on
